Clerk’s Office Policy Change re: Issuance and Publication of Notices of Sale

Effective for all Auctions Scheduled in 2017:

Plaintiff’s counsel will be required to submit issued Notices of Sale directly to The St. Augustine Record for publication. Our office will no longer issue and provide Notices of Sale to The St. Augustine Record for publication.

Plaintiff’s counsel shall submit issued Notices of Sale directly to for publication. Other correspondence regarding publications, NOT submittals, can be directed to

Plaintiff’s counsel must electronically file issued Notices of Sale and Affidavits of Publication for the court record through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.

Foreclosure Sales

Effective October 18, 2016:

The Saint Johns County Clerk’s Office will begin conducting electronic foreclosure sales online pursuant to Florida Statute §45.031(10) and Administrative Order CV-2016-012-SC for the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
